Located in downtown Lancaster’s Heritage Conservation District this multi-story building is in the process of being restored following a fire in September 2017. The first floor is home to the well-known Lancaster Dispensing Company, which reopened its doors in October 2018. The restaurant was completely renovated, however the original character of the space was maintained. Where possible, items such as light fixtures and the stained glass were salvaged and wood from the restaurant’s original bar were reclaimed to create bench seating.

The second and third floors have been completed and returned to their previous use as office space. The fourth floor was previously unoccupied and is being converted into office space. All three floors have elevator access directly into the space, new HVAC and electric, 2 ADA bathrooms finished to code, a kitchenette, and views of Lancaster Central Market.
